Events Venue AI collects the contact details, wedding preferences and enquiry information you submit so the team and relevant venue can respond. Enquiries are stored in a private WordPress dashboard and sent to the configured recipient.

AI assistant

If AI is enabled, chat messages and selected published venue information are sent to OpenAI to generate replies. Do not include payment details or sensitive personal information. Chat history remains in the current browser session and is sent with follow-up messages; it is not saved as an enquiry unless you submit an enquiry form. The server requests no response storage from the AI provider; provider retention policies still apply.

Browser storage and measurement

Your shortlist and cookie preference are stored in your browser. Essential security controls may process a hashed IP identifier for rate limiting. If you accept measurement cookies, Google Ads tracking may load and record a successful enquiry. You may change your choice using the footer cookie settings link.

Your information

Contact the site operator using the Contact page to request access, correction or deletion. The operator must define their legal entity, contact address, retention period, processors and any jurisdiction-specific information before launch.
